All my girls are "grown". 23, 18, & 17 now so these books aren't of interest to them anymore. Good thing I have little guys (9 & 5) that enjoy them now. It's because every year around Halloween time and Valentine's Day time, those order forms would come home and I would pick out a Halloween book or a Valentine's day book. I think if I wrote a kid's book, it would be for Halloween or Valentine's day because I know that at least some would get bought up at book fairs!Jenna Zhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06787074975348206652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-59504869006627653.post-91835204223681162582008-10-21T10:57:00.000-04:002008-10-21T10:57:00.000-04:00what a wonderful blog you have!I love all the book...what a wonderful blog you have!
I love all the books.
I just met an artist from Portland, OR who takes old books (children's, cook, you name it!) and turns them into journals. Each year I could hardly wait until the day we got those order forms, and then we would also have a big book sale, where we were all taken to the cafeteria and there were tables set up with stacks of books on them, and we got to choose books! That was my very favorite day of the school year! It was tough making the choice of which book to choose, I would have taken one of each! tee hee! Thanks for stirring up that wonderful memory today!

Have a lovely day!
Margie :)Margiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15545922706804035368noreply@blogger.com
