Hooray! The muggies have left! The air is crisp and clean rather than feeling like it weighs a ton!
When I walked around the corner of the kitchen this morning, the shadows in the family room caught me off guard. The sun was streaming in, a soft breeze was blowing the trees, and their shadows were dancing all around the room as they swayed to and fro outside. Unfortunately, none of that beautiful movement was captured in my still photos.
Same shot, different camera/light setting... And can you guess what I did as soon as I took these photos? I turned off the air conditioning and threw open the windows! Heavenly!!!!

Oh, maybe the muggies will stay away. The only thing I am not looking forward to about being home is the humid, hot weather Don tells me about. Enjoy your day!

So glad that you are enjoying such nice weather. It is still a little hot here. The rest of the week is supposed to be better. Your room is lovely. You may not have captured the movement, but you sure have captured the beauty. Enjoy your day! Carla
Beautiful! Sounds like the perfect day to hang sheets on the line to dry, and then curl up tonight for the most wonderful sleep with the windows open and fresh breezes dancing through the room. :)
We always seem to have the muggies. It's just part of East Texas. I love shadows. As long as they aren't some stranger in my house.

The room DOES look enchanted!
