Baby is a very happy camper these days.
These photos were taken just a few days ago as Baby investigated the yet-to-be-decorated Craigslist flocked tree we picked up last Sunday.
But the pictures are almost identical to those in my post from last year
with Baby investigating/batting at the fully decorated tree. It was ironically titled,
Clearly I'm a slow learner ... or a quick 'forgetter.'
At this time of year there are three places you'll find Baby...
1) Curled up in the toasty warm bathroom sink (the heating vent is right below it);
2) At the DR window screen feeder, watching all the birds and Sammy squirrels; and...
3) Investigating every inch of the Christmas tree.
Yes, our little Norwegian Forest cat feels right at home among the towering pine in the living room...
... even if the tree is artificial and the snow is just flocking.
As I mentioned in my last post, the people we bought this tree from left all of the beautiful prisms on the tree for us to enjoy. Unfortunately, someone else is also enjoying them. You'll see that this video ends abruptly when I noticeed that Baby removed one of the prisms and I was afraid she'd choke on it.
Needless to say, Baby is fine and I was worrying for nothing (which I apparently do quite often, according to my family!)
In closing, congratulations to Happy@Home, who won this copy of The Night Before Christmas!
Have a great weekend, everyone!
We're having our first snowstorm of the season!
Stay warm safe, everyone!

Your little Norwegian Forest cat LOOKS right at home! I sure wish I was small enough to curl up in that warm sink...
I watched the video. Baby is so cute. My Daughter has five cats and they have never touched her tree.
Of course they have messed up her snow villages she has on her tables.
Giant cats attack Christmas village. HA! HA!
I love Baby posts...now her in the sink is just too funny!
I can see why your new Christmas tree would be of interest to Baby. Lots of fun things to explore in there :).
I'm glad to know that there was no problem with her choking on the prism.
The picture of her curled up in the sink is adorable. Now that looks COZY!
I am so excited to be the winner of your lovely giveaway!! Have e-mailed you with the address. Thank you so much.

A fun post! I loved Baby in the sink!
I just found your weblog. What beautiful photo's with your sweet beautiful cat. We lost our cat some days ago, so when I looked to your photo's I had to cry. We miss our Sarah so much. But it also made me happy your photographs. Greetings from Geri
I really did laugh out loud after watching your video as you know the same things goes on at my home. This year no decorations on the tree just lights. I have pulled more stuff out of Percy's mouth this year, he has been awful! He's past the terrible twos but it isn't getting any better.
