It's another repeat of the same old, same old here in New England.
It's not fit for man nor beast outside...
... so Baby and I feel very blessed to be inside a warm, cozy house.
It's pretty much a sea of white outside right now.
Schools were cancelled this morning all over the state (Massachusetts)...
... and non-essential workers (both the private sector and government employees) were encouraged to stay home.
I haven't seen a single Sammy Squirrel out and about today...
But the birds are at the feeders and the suet holders...
... and the blue jays are swooping down for peanuts every time I toss some out!
Darn that Punxsutawney Phil, predicting 6 more weeks of winter! The latest weather reports are saying we should brace for another major storm this weekend!
Try to stay warm, everyone!
Donna

We here in Illinois are about to go stir crazy being inside so long...all I have been doing is cooking and eating!
What we do without our cats?
such company and great complainers
Mine would trade their kingdoms for a fly to chase
It looks the same there as here in Ontario! Thanks to the Texas low we have received another storm today.
Our city has run out of salt too.
But it's nice to be warm and cozy inside!
Baby is so sweet as usual!
Oh my...we see what you mean it is really bad out...Please keep warm and cozy!! We are in Louisiana and it is cold cold here...we are expecting ice and snow later in the week...what some weather we all are experiencing, huh? Take care...

I just love Baby ...
And you and I are so much alike between squirrels and birds and ...well....SNOW TOO! :) This round gave us some ice / fascinating to roll down your car windows once you took the several inches of snowy ice blanket off the top and such of the car, to discover the ice sheet staying over the windows, lol! :)
Enjoyed baby again :) our weather is like yours and everything has closed and the temps keep dropping...maybe a foot or more of snow...we have!
I had the same white bird wind chimes years ago and felt terrible when I broke them! We have the same weather here in Ontario and if it weren't for the chickens, I would not have stepped a toe out there today!
Hi Donna....Loved your bluejay video. Do you put the peanuts out in their shells? Very nice. Susan
Our General Lee predicted an early spring for us down South but it will be interesting to see what actually happens. Stay warm and safe!
