On Sunday, Spotty and I showed you these goodies that I picked up at a yard sale last weekend; at that time I promised to share where I used some of these treasures...
The Wicker Planter: Even though I'm still not crazy about the color, I'm leaving it alone for now (although Coralie must have been reading my mind when she suggested painting it a nice cottage white because that was my first thought, too!!)... It's perfect for the oversized pot I plant my basil in every year. (And one of our little Chips, who happened to be on a peanut run, asked if he could be in the photo, too!!)
Everything looks nice how you have it! :)

All your thrifty finds look great! Oh, and little Chippy on a peanut run. Too cute.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and your kind words of sympathy. Have a marvelous weekend!
Very pretty! That tea kettle timer is really cute! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the way you say 'supper'. I grew up in the midwest where the evening meal was 'supper'. Then over 20 years in Arizona where it was 'dinner'. We've been back and forth across the U.S. a couple of times in different states and still refer to our evening meal as 'dinner'. It's a regional thing I guess. Cute.
