I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!!! We had a small, quiet, lovely one here. Luckily, for all those who traveled on Christmas day, the blizzard didn't arrive here in New England until today.
This was the small snowstorm that arrived a few days before Christmas.

It was just a teaser of what was headed our way.
Our two "welcome" bunnies....
...may have snow to the top of their ears before this next storm is through.
I enjoyed your snowy pictures! Stay warm and dry! Carla
ReplyDeleteHi Donna....I'm hoping the weathermen are dead wrong and that we won't get a blizzard after all. Not bad outside yet where we are. I'm snug and cozy in the living room with a fire crackling in the fireplace. Plan to stay here for several hours, too! Susan
ReplyDeleteWe live in east TN and have had 4 snowfalls already! Like, what is going on??? LOL, we usually don't have that many in a whole winter. Stay warm and safe!
ReplyDeleteoh, soooo beautiful!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh honey, I bet you'll really be ready for spring before the week is out. It's cold here for this region. But no snow expected. I wonder what that cat of yours is up to?
ReplyDeleteBrenda
oh, to answer your questions, yes, I still have roses, most are like frozen buds, but I salvaged a few...its nice, but it would be fun to have a little snow!!!!
ReplyDeleteand no the vase doesnt match, but turned out good!
How pretty! I know even though it is beautiful most people hate living where it snows because it just makes it harder to get around and it's so cold. But I think it looks just lovely and makes me jealous of your white Christmas :)
ReplyDeleteWe're hunkering down here in Stoneham. Got extra food, candles are ready and the computer and cell phones are charged.
ReplyDeleteIt's already windy and we have quite the accumulation of snow.
I have the week off so I don't have to worry about going to work. I think we will have lots of photo opportunitie once the storm passes.
Be safe!
Very cold, but very beautiful in your garden. The snow covered the bird house so beautifully :)
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!

The snow looks lovely around your beautiful cottage.
ReplyDeleteThat soft fresh snow was so pretty, wasn't it? It sure didn't last long though.
ReplyDeletePersonally I think the blizzard was a bit of a bust here along the coast of NH. We were supposed to get 10-18" of snow but ended up with around 6. You probably have more than we do!
