Some of you may have seen my previous post on photo pumpkins. I thought it would be fun to paint a polka dot pumpkin in my favorite pinky/peachy color for Pink Saturday...
(photos can be enlarged to see details)
... so I got out some old photos of my girls dressed as black cats for Halloween (Amanda from 1988 and Courtney from 1992 - where did the years go?? Now that's spooky!) I changed the photos from color to black & white since the reds & oranges in the original color photos looked like they'd clash with the PINK pumpkin. For the reverse side of the pumpkin I used an old photo of Mrs. B, who was my constant companion for 16 years... (Step-by-step instructions on how to make your own photo pumpkins can be found here... And the paint color used here is Pink Angel by Delta.)

Okay Donna, now you've done it. I don't think I can live without a pink polka-dot pumpkin. It mean, it has everything. Pink, polka-dots, pumpkins and adorable pictures. I think I see one of these in my future.
