Sprigs of autumn leaves (faux, of course) have been tucked around the white hydrangeas (faux, of course)...
Witchy woman has donned her witch hat... not even a scarf to accessorize with this year (soooo lazy... me, not her)
A green and white checked quilt has been thrown over the white tablecloth (it's the reverse side of my peachy-pink floral quilt)...
And that's the extent of fall decorating that has been done in the dining area... I'll share what little else has been done around the house in my next post. (I don't think I was ready for summer to leave, which is why it's really hard to get into autumn right about now... Summer, please come back for a bit!!!)

I hear you Donna about not wanting Summer to end but I'd say you better get in the fall mode soon because it seems like it's almost over!

ReplyDeleteThe last few years here in Utah we've been able to have nice 70ish weather until Halloween night. I was hoping we would have a repeat year.
Not so much...
It's already hailed and the wind is blowing in winter here really fast, so sad. We built our first fire last night.
Anyways.. since I can't have a warm fall I'm wishing you one!
