Yoo hooooo... Where are you???

For weeks now the hummingbird feeders have been filled and hung, just waiting for the arrival of our garden's tiniest visitors.

One hangs from the oak tree right next to our deck.

Another hangs in the backyard patio.

A third hangs in the corner of our backyard from a mulberry tree branch.

And yet another hangs from the Hoppa Crab tree in the front yard. The Adirondack chairs we bought last year provide the perfect viewing area!
We're ready.... where are you????
Update: Shortly after posting this, we had our first two hummers! A male and a female, just minutes apart! Think they read my post and felt bad for me?

I do love watching the hummers, they haven't arrived here yet but I'm sure they are at the cabin, they love the hemlock trees for nesting. We always get so many of them they fight over the feeders :)

I need to get my feeders filled! They usually come and check out my flowers first and remind me to fill up the feeders but the weather here has been so weird that maybe I need to lure them in this year!

Oh, I love hummingbirds. So glad yours finally arrived. They were probably lost in blogland, checking out other blogs like the rest of us. ha! Sincerely, Susan

So happy they finally showed up for you. We have them all year long here where I live. We even had a few make nest and have babies here. Not this year though. Just the one dove made her nest here. I was hoping for more but only got the one.

Hugs,
Joanne

The Hummers seem to be a little scarce this year. We weren't sure they would ever show up here either. My dad was upset because they didn't have any either. Finally, the birds have arrived, though not very many.
