The storm before the calm...

The blizzard has arrived...

After Saturday's snowstorm, the whiskey barrel was still visible. Not anymore.

There truly is a table under that mountain of snow...

A brave little junco sits on the railing.

There will be much shoveling to be done, for sure.

The mailboxes are almost completely covered.

So happy I made a ton of roasted vegetables and potatoes last night.

They will taste very good tonight.

NOTE: To Gina, and anyone else - here's a link to a past post on roasted vegetables. A have to say, though, that I do fiddle around with the temperature a bit, usually between 400 and 450 degrees!
